I came in during a literal downpour, stressed and dealing with my battery dying, and was met by the most kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful woman I’ve encountered in a long time. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, made sure I got the correct battery, and even helped me save money — something she absolutely didn’t have to do, but did anyway. Her patience, professionalism, and positive attitude completely turned what could have been a miserable night into a great experience. She truly went above and beyond, and it’s rare to find customer service like that anymore. AutoZone is lucky to have her, and because of her. Thank you for outstanding service when I needed it most! I didn’t get her name which is on me, but just know she was awesome!
