Starting with the store manager giving me the worst attitude just because I wanted to buy a battery and he said he couldn't install it because it was dark and I said I had a flashlight but still refused to install it. I understand auto zone’s policy, but not the managers attitude. He doesn't have manners. I am so disappointed of how he is as a manager and the fact that he doesn't have manners. I couldn't see his name tag, but he was the only manager working today with another employee July/20/2022 at 9pm.
