- DDdheerajDec 18, 20251.0i had an absolutely horrible experience at this store. i returned an order of $566 and they said they cannot issue me a refund to paypal my original payment method and issued me a gift card and i complained to corporate and they asked me to file a case with paypal and upon filing case with paypal they asked me to cancel case with paypal to get my refund and now upon checking the gift card i just found out that the gift card actually has $0 balance so they have stolen my money. autozone is a company of scammers so i would not trust the reviews because it could be highly likely that the reviews are fake.
