I initially had generally positive experiences and have found them pleasant to interact with, but I have since had a series of mechanical mishaps. For instance, my Audi had a coolant leak that required several days of work. After getting my car back, I checked the coolant levels on a whim the next morning and saw that they had failed to refill it upon completion, which they confirmed when I returned to have it looked at since I had feared another leak. More recently, I went for an annual service check-up that led to minor mechanical repairs and an oil change, with all else reported fine. Within 2.5 weeks (and only ~100 miles), my oil was nearly gone and seemed to be leaking. I returned to have it checked again, and they reported that their prior work was likely not completed properly, contributing to the leak. They also informed me of a multitude of other significant repairs that were necessary, including new brakes, gaskets, and spark plugs - none of which they had identified in the check-up appointment just 2.5 weeks prior. To their credit (and their second star), they provided a discount on completing the remainder of this work. However, I cannot imagine returning here, especially at the risk of going on a long trip after an appointment, only to discover some incomplete, untreated, or newly created issue. To top it off, they charge a 3.5% additional fee for using credit cards. In short, do I think they are malicious or untrustworthy? No. Do I think they are competent? Also no.
