We have very good experience with this car rental. They did NOT try to force you to buy extra things like extra insurance if you have already had your own. Diana was very nice . David from customer service followed up with us after return the car was very professional. Also Shak was very helpful when we return the car. All the staff are very nice and helpful. Also the rental rate is very reasonable. Yes. Will rent from this car company again!

Pricing was significantly more affordable than anyone else I checked, which was a huge plus.
Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with—so kind, patient, and understanding when we ran into an unexpected issue. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable.
We also needed to extend our rental by a couple of hours, and Chris was incredibly accommodating. He walked us through the process quickly and made it completely hassle-free.

Terrible experience. First, we were supposed to catch one of their shuttles from the economy lot but every other company seemed to be running except them. Waited over an hour. Then we get to the office and they done have a vans like I scheduled. Instead they try to put us in a Jeep Cherokee that reeks of cigarettes. Finally got a van after having to wait 2 hours for someone to return another one. Then I had to call to get them to give my deposit back. Jenny held me hostage for it until I gave a review.
My recommendation: PAY A LITTLE MORE AND AVOID THIS PLACE

The salesman bribe people to come here and leave good reviews. Only after inflating the price. Expedia - $96, in-store $400. But you know, theyll give you $50 off if you leave five stars. We dealt with an indian gentleman named "PEDUR" or Peter... Unsure of spelling. I tried to call to verify that if we extended the rental, that there would be no additional fees. Instead, "Peter" tells me that the price is no longer $48 a day, but rather $200 a day, but he's going to give me a super special price of $150 a day...a 300% increase in comparison. So I logged online and sent to him, the screenshot where actively the vehicle is $48 a day after tax. I emailed him proof and sent our current contract. After doing so, Peter claimed to have gotten the email with the request, but not the one with the proof. He then offered an even better discount IF I came online and gave him 5 stars, he would do it for $100 a day - now, he made sure I was clear to leave him the google and yelp reviews first before doing so. So we've somehow negotiated to 200% the advertised cost instead of 400%... "priceless rental" AKA - AMPM rentals clearly needs to check who they are hiring. As an affiliate of Expedia - you would think that this company would have been vetted. So let me help you out, consumer. Assume that most of these reviews (if they have a name called out) are bought and bartered by inflated fake rental costs. Peter then confirmed that we would get the car for $48 and that we would be confirmed. I told him if he didn't honor it, I was going to come and leave the appropriate review. The vehicle also got rear-ended on the interstate, I had sent both of my personal insurance cards, but what they wanted was the additional protection from expedia. Again, rear ended.... They tried to charge my guy's card $1000 and $500 on top of $340 for the rental...not $96 as promised.

What is the security deposit policy?
The security deposit is the amount collected in addition to the total rental amount on the rental agreement. The renter is required to pay an additional $200 - $1,000 deposit for every rental every time. This security deposit cannot be used toward the rental.
The security deposit is returned to the renter's credit card when the rental car is returned after deducting any additional charges and incidentals. It takes 5-7 business days (depending on the bank) for the funds to appear as a credit on the credit card on file which was used to pay for the rental.
Security deposits can be used toward the incidentals that are determined at the time of the return for example:
- Late return fee
- Discrepancy in fuel returned
- After-hours drop-off charges
- Deductible on insurance
What is the debit card policy?
Debit cards are accepted only from renters having a valid boarding pass and return airline ticket that matches the rental dates. There is a one-time non-refundable fee of $75 assessed at the time of the rental.
Renters can only rent 4-door sedans on debit cards. The security deposit will be $500 up to $1,000 depending on the length of the rental and class of the car. It usually takes up to 15 days for refunds.
Are there any age restrictions on driving?
- We do not rent cars to any driver under the age of 21 years
- Drivers under the age of 25 (considered underage) are charged a fee of $25/day (underage fee)
- Underage drivers should always be in possession of full coverage insurance and major credit cards
- Debit cards are not accepted from underage drivers
- Declaration page of insurance must be submitted in advance
