I am a U.S. Marine and I rented a car from this company to go visit family on leave and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I had a rock fly up and hit a little plastic piece of the grill cracked. I took pictures and made a claim through my insurance company right away. When my insurance tried to pay them they denied payment and raised the cost. Then when I sent pictures to my insurance company. The rental car place then lowered the cost. This company is the worst be very careful and take pictures before and after because they will try to screw you over. I will be sueing them if they keep playing games back and forth with my insurance company

We stayed here for 4 days in California. The trip was soo good . Especially the rental car that we took is from NEXT car price wise worth it . We took Toyota Rav 4 . People in here they are welcoming. Easy to pick up and drop of the car . Nothing hard easy instructions. Highly recommended 🙏

We had a very accommodating rental experience with Priceless Car Rental. Our shuttle driver was waiting for us after the economy parking shuttle dropped us off. This was very nice as we had a long flight and priceless made it easy for us to get to our rental car.
Our Chrysler minivan was very comfortable and our shuttle driver helped us with the on/off lights inside which we did not know.
Diana further checked in with us about any issues we have during our 4 day rental period. Overall we were very grateful for the seamless pick up and drop off. Thank you!!

What is the security deposit policy?
The security deposit is the amount collected in addition to the total rental amount on the rental agreement. The renter is required to pay an additional $200 - $1,000 deposit for every rental every time. This security deposit cannot be used toward the rental.
The security deposit is returned to the renter's credit card when the rental car is returned after deducting any additional charges and incidentals. It takes 5-7 business days (depending on the bank) for the funds to appear as a credit on the credit card on file which was used to pay for the rental.
Security deposits can be used toward the incidentals that are determined at the time of the return for example:
- Late return fee
- Discrepancy in fuel returned
- After-hours drop-off charges
- Deductible on insurance
What is the debit card policy?
Debit cards are accepted only from renters having a valid boarding pass and return airline ticket that matches the rental dates. There is a one-time non-refundable fee of $75 assessed at the time of the rental.
Renters can only rent 4-door sedans on debit cards. The security deposit will be $500 up to $1,000 depending on the length of the rental and class of the car. It usually takes up to 15 days for refunds.
Are there any age restrictions on driving?
- We do not rent cars to any driver under the age of 21 years
- Drivers under the age of 25 (considered underage) are charged a fee of $25/day (underage fee)
- Underage drivers should always be in possession of full coverage insurance and major credit cards
- Debit cards are not accepted from underage drivers
- Declaration page of insurance must be submitted in advance
- Drivers under the age of 25 can only rent cars in the classes of ECAR CCAR ICAR
- Drivers over 65 are charged a fee of $25/day
