    We have very good experience with this car rental. They did NOT try to force you to buy extra things like extra insurance if you have already had your own. Diana was very nice . David from customer service followed up with us after return the car was very professional. Also Shak was very helpful when we return the car. All the staff are very nice and helpful. Also the rental rate is very reasonable. Yes. Will rent from this car company again!

    Pricing was significantly more affordable than anyone else I checked, which was a huge plus. Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with—so kind, patient, and understanding when we ran into an unexpected issue. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. We also needed to extend our rental by a couple of hours, and Chris was incredibly accommodating. He walked us through the process quickly and made it completely hassle-free. Overall, amazing service, great value, and genuinely caring staff.

    Terrible experience. First, we were supposed to catch one of their shuttles from the economy lot but every other company seemed to be running except them. Waited over an hour. Then we get to the office and they done have a vans like I scheduled. Instead they try to put us in a Jeep Cherokee that reeks of cigarettes. Finally got a van after having to wait 2 hours for someone to return another one. Then I had to call to get them to give my deposit back. Jenny held me hostage for it until I gave a review. My recommendation: PAY A LITTLE MORE AND AVOID THIS PLACE

    The salesman bribe people to come here and leave good reviews. Only after inflating the price. Expedia - $96, in-store $400. But you know, theyll give you $50 off if you leave five stars. We dealt with an indian gentleman named "PEDUR" or Peter... Unsure of spelling. I tried to call to verify that if we extended the rental, that there would be no additional fees. Instead, "Peter" tells me that the price is no longer $48 a day, but rather $200 a day, but he's going to give me a super special price of $150 a day...a 300% increase in comparison. So I logged online and sent to him, the screenshot where actively the vehicle is $48 a day after tax. I emailed him proof and sent our current contract. After doing so, Peter claimed to have gotten the email with the request, but not the one with the proof. He then offered an even better discount IF I came online and gave him 5 stars, he would do it for $100 a day - now, he made sure I was clear to leave him the google and yelp reviews first before doing so. So we've somehow negotiated to 200% the advertised cost instead of 400%... "priceless rental" AKA - AMPM rentals clearly needs to check who they are hiring. As an affiliate of Expedia - you would think that this company would have been vetted. So let me help you out, consumer. Assume that most of these reviews (if they have a name called out) are bought and bartered by inflated fake rental costs. Peter then confirmed that we would get the car for $48 and that we would be confirmed. I told him if he didn't honor it, I was going to come and leave the appropriate review. The vehicle also got rear-ended on the interstate, I had sent both of my personal insurance cards, but what they wanted was the additional protection from expedia. Again, rear ended.... They tried to charge my guy's card $1000 and $500 on top of $340 for the rental...not $96 as promised. All truth - Facts and Honesty. Pedur, good luck on the next one.

I also verified he received my insurance info and am stating here, in black and white - that there is NO damage to the vehicle and that any claim of such is retaliation. If we suffered retaliative behavior, I will be making it a personal mission to get everyone I know to come leave a negative review. I will happily erase this, should a member of management ensure to me that "peter" clearly an alias - is not able to do this to unsuspecting individuals. He also hung up on me when he was called out for his behavior.
