  Had a blown fuse so my phone charger port in my xc60 wasn’t working. I arrived, called, and someone ran out and fixed it in maybe 20 seconds. I didn’t even leave my car. Easiest service I’ve ever gotten in my life, and the nicest guys in the world. Thank you!!!

  My first visit to this mechanic: I took my C70 in for a cooling fan replacement as it was noisy. An hour after picking it on on 10/1, the car overheated and water was leaking from the radiator. I took the car back on 10/2 and 2guys took NO responsibility and offered to fix the car for an additional $1500 dollars! They broke off the tank return line because they were working on that part of the car! I have reversed the charge and will take them to court as the car engine is damaged due to overheating.

  Been going to Robert and John since I moved to LA, and they are always incredibly professional. It's been surprisingly hard to find another place in LA that won't freak out at the mere sight of a Volvo. In addition to being extremely accessible and communicative, they are also honest people who will do their best to diagnose your car's troubles and make fair suggestions during regular maintenance. I moved further eastward across town and they're still the only shop I trust!

  These guys absolutely helped me out of a nightmare situation. I bought a used XC90 from Santa Monica Volvo and blew a gasket on my way to my wedding, with less than 200 miles on the car since I bought it. I had it towed back to the dealership, they took no responsibility for selling me a POS and then jerked me around for several months making me buy a bunch of replacement parts (including an engine). Finally I had enough and took it to here. John worked on my car and was very upfront and honest with me about the issues with the car and all the work that would be done to fix it. I had my car in their shop for several months but finally John let me know the car was ready only when he was sure he fixed all the problems. After, they only really charged me for parts as I know the time they put in on fixing the car was A LOT more than what they charged me for. I wish I had come to them in the first place and avoided most of my mess, but I'm glad they were able to work with me and help get my nightmare over with
