  Had a blown fuse so my phone charger port in my xc60 wasn’t working. I arrived, called, and someone ran out and fixed it in maybe 20 seconds. I didn’t even leave my car. Easiest service I’ve ever gotten in my life, and the nicest guys in the world. Thank you!!! ——update, like 6 months later: my spark plugs and coils went bad in an old Volvo I bought. I had it towed there and they fixed it in the same day. Robert is so helpful and kind and reassuring. He tried hard to get the very cheapest option for me and he did. This is a wonderful business run by two of the most genuine guys on Earth. You can't go wrong here.

  My first visit to this mechanic: I took my C70 in for a cooling fan replacement as it was noisy. An hour after picking it on on 10/1, the car overheated and water was leaking from the radiator. I took the car back on 10/2 and 2guys took NO responsibility and offered to fix the car for an additional $1500 dollars! They broke off the tank return line because they were working on that part of the car! I have reversed the charge and will take them to court as the car engine is damaged due to overheating.

  Been going to Robert and John since I moved to LA, and they are always incredibly professional. It's been surprisingly hard to find another place in LA that won't freak out at the mere sight of a Volvo. In addition to being extremely accessible and communicative, they are also honest people who will do their best to diagnose your car's troubles and make fair suggestions during regular maintenance. I moved further eastward across town and they're still the only shop I trust!
