I would give it zero if I could I’ve rented overseas and they’ve been fine but here I had a six minute reservation which I canceled and rebooked and they charged me $100 for the cancellation. If I had known, I never would’ve rebooked it with them. The Rental cost me, double.!! No matter how many times I asked, they would not refund $100. They were not out of any inventory, they were not out any revenue. They were not out any inconvenience!! This is awful business practices never use them!!
