- GDGlenn DaytonNov 14, 20195.0When I arrived Ken immediately came out with me to check out my car and within minutes my car was checked in and I was given a loaner. Very very smooth on-boarding and everyone was very professional. You could tell the company culture was focused around customer satisfaction. I came back to pick up my car and the dent and wheel alignment on my Nissan Xterra were completely fixed and the dents were 100% removed. Ken personally drove my car with me to check it out and we both approved it. Again as I write this review and reflect upon my experience with Ken's Collision the thing that stood out to me was their obsession on their customer. Thank you!
