    If i can put a zero i would today 03/01/26 had a horrible customer service with a employee ugliest attitude and ugly language towards customer (us) He had a red handkerchief, if you dont like your job find something you like because helping customer is not your thing

    My boyfriend and I came just to buy an oil filter and he accidentally got the wrong one, it wasn't used and we realized after it was opened that it was the wrong one, accidents happen right? It takes ONE google search to find that autozone absolutely accepts returns of UNUSED products/merchandize. My boyfriend went back in and got the right one with the help of an employee (which also ended up being the wrong one, but that's not the issue here) and was told by the EMPLOYEE to just return the opened one and pay the difference. When he gets to the register jabba the hut-sorry-the cashier, says no. Just no, that he's lying and no one helped him and they don't process returns because he opened it. How is this acceptable? We left with two WRONG filters and our mechanic was the one who had to come in and advocate for us because even he knew she was in the wrong. She immediately gets loud with him and the two are going back and forth, how does this resolve anything? We only got refunded for one filter and our mechanic had to shop with us to find the right one, since your employees are so subpar at their 18.00 an hour job. Plus we were able to return the first filter that she swore up and down wasn’t allowed at a different location, how does that make sense? You don't like your job? Find a new one. It's as simple as that, if customer service is so hard for you then find something you're good at for christs sake.
