  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service at this AutoZone location. The staff management needs to improve significantly, as the customer service quality is very poor; employees are often rude and show a lack of professionalism. Additionally, wait times are excessive because staff members spend too much time with a single customer while everyone else waits without being helped. I hope you take action to ensure a more efficient and professional shopping experience."

  Every time I call this location, the employee with whom I'm speaking would put me on hold, the Autozone wait music will play and they never answer the phone again. Sometimes I'd hang up after 9-12 minutes and call again but receive the same results = PUT ON HOLD. Today I decided to see how long until someone actually returned to the answer the phone, so I waited about 16 minutes (with a different Autozone on the other line since I was on hold with them as well) and after almost 17 minutes, I hung up. It's crazy how many people I know who had a similar experience at this location. Are you guys really that busy morning, noon and night?? Ridiculous.

  Worst auto zone, rude staff, they didn't have my online order which was a fuse i ordered it around 8am then one of the staff seem like they didn't care he checked and told me to come around 2pm thats horrible service. When I came to pick it up they still didn't have it ready the guy got it in one of the aisles now if I ordered it online and I got there and they sold out I wouldn't been really hot. So this specific guy Tony i asked "do you have a screwdriver" he comes back with a giant flat head screwdriver then he touched a faulty wire that was holding the power to the fuse box and then he went to find a smaller screwdriver. Then he tells me we dont have any, like really? Isn't this a auto zone🤣 i told him "I need a tool can you please since you touched the wire, he wasn't taking no accountability and told me that its not his problem. Never going back to that auto zone again
