  Kevin at the AutoZone on Western & MLK turned a frustrating situation into a win. After two nearby stores couldn’t help, he stepped in with patience, solid knowledge, and a genuinely helpful attitude. He took the time to understand the issue and got it resolved without the runaround. That kind of service sticks with you. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of him.

  OK, so I called earlier today and someone told me that the item I was looking for was here It wasn’t the manger I forget his name, unfortunately. Offer me a service I never knew was available, which was to pay for the item and it can be shipped to me same day by six at the location I paid for it, which is the western/ MLK location. I called later on that day to confirm that my order was ready, and I had already had doubts. Kevin answer the phone, and I asked him to please go above and beyond to verify that the part was the correct part. He did that with no questions asked I pulled up to location and soon as I got out my car, Kevin was waiting on me when I walked in the door and said that looks like a Chevy 1500 And pulls out the part I’m coming to pick up. I would never visit another AutoZone because of this attentiveness Kevin has shown me Thank you so much to whoever is responsible for this Employing this phenomenal human OK, Kevin, I’m coming

  Andy change my front lights and he did a great job for free. I also think AutoZone should let the workers get tips when they do outside work on cars. Thank you again Andy
