  Daniel has great customer service. I walked in and was told my part I had ordered for pickup wasn’t in the system but on the email I received a day before said my order was ready for pickup. Afterwards, I checked the app and it said my order had been picked up but I never picked it up nor endorsed it to anyone. Apparently somebody didn’t call me as they were supposed to, to notify me that my order was unavailable. I needed my order by the next day so Daniel was able to track down what went wrong and then found me 2 other brake sensors at another AutoZone location and included a small discount for the inconvenience. I truly appreciate the effort he put into correcting the error that was made.

  I called before arriving and Daniel helped me out with nice customer service w/ questions i had regarding about parts. And he helped w/ a very nice customer service. Then when arrived i was helped w/ David w/ very nice customer service and was very kind to fix my parts. Thank you so much for a wonderful customer service and being nobles.

  Purchased a set of windshield wipers from Auto Zone in Eagle Rock a while ago. I noticed the windshield wasn’t a clear clean wipe but streaking toward outer edge of window surface. I spoke to Alan C and expressed my concerns, he checked it out. Although, he said they seem to be ok, he offered to replace them free of charge. Alan C. went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. He knew I was concerned enough to make a return trip and offered a resolution. In today world, it’s a rarity when a service personnel actually listens to their customers and aims to provide the finest customer service. Alan C. is a standout employee and an asset to the Auto Zone Team.

  I went to AZ to pick up a new bulb for my Prius headlight. Not only did the salesperson help me find the right bulb, he installed it for me. His name was David and I would recommend asking for him if you go there.
