  Some of the staff at this location are great & very helpful; others act like as if they’re from the hood. I’d strongly encourage mgmt to be more discretionary in who they hire before they bring on staff that have bad attitudes and poor customer service skills if they’d like to keep returning customers more. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location and will be taking my business to O’Rileys down the street.

  Customer service was terrible-- the manager was counting out the register while customers waited in line. They had no urgency in working with customers, and said they were too short staffed to help with battery installation. I'd avoid this location.

  Jackson went above and beyond to help me with my battery issue, came out and installed the battery super quick. Lifesaver!! Thank you!!!

  Visited on April 2, 2026 - everyone in the store was helpful. I purchased a battery and was just making small talk explaining to the guy ringing me up that I'm terrible at securing the battery with the metal braces, etc. The guy ringing me up turned out to be Fernando. Fernando said, "Let me put my gloves on." He then installed my battery and nailed it in a way that I could not have. He was kind, helpful and knew he what he was doing. He not only saved me time, but also the stress of trying to secure the battery brackets. Fernando is the reason I will always go to AutoZone. Great employees - for car needs go to this AutoZone.
