  I need to start off by saying I do know about cars so when I went into this particular AutoZone all I literally needed was the the bulbs for my blinker and brake light. I don't know if the associates are supposed to answer the phones before they take care of customers, but that's exactly what happened when I entered. I had to wait her to take care of two calls before she got to me even though I was in the store before the phone started to ring. She had another associate help me who did not seem very knowledgeable. It was like I was pulling teeth to get answers. I literally had to ask a bunch of questions, to realize after leaving that I was oversold. I had the conversation with the associate whether or not I needed 2 packs of bulbs, after asking to be sure three times, he assured me that I needed to packs. I asked him for assistance and when we got to my car he realized that you needed tools to replace the bulbs. So instead of him going to get tools which was only a wrench, he told me that I needed it to be done by a mechanic, which I knew was not true. But it was okay, I just left without him even suggesting to loan me a wrench to do it myself. It was just very disheartening because another driver had flagged me down to tell me that my lights were out and it was raining outside so I didn't want to get caught in the rain without brake lights. This could have went so different

  I only go to AutoZone for all of my vehicle needs. The staff here were very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Very pleasant. I usually am not in this area often, but they had such an amazing act of hospitality it made me want to come again if I am ever in the area. Thank you AutoZone on Pico
