  Had an appointment at 9:30am to replace my two rear tires, the tires already in stock at the shop. Drive all the way there. They say they are too busy to do it. They hadn't called me not to come or anything. Come back and they will do it between 2 and 6 pm (4 hour window to replace two tires?) I drive all the way there, and once again they are too busy to do it. Drive all the way back home. Neither time did they call me to cancel the appointment. While I was there not one but two people came in claiming something had not been fixed right on their cars. The response? Too busy to look at it.

  Really poor experience. Went to replace tire after flat and ended up towing car to my regular mechanic for expensive axel assembly repairs. Poor communication, no Accountability. Never coming back

  When I made the appointment, I was told to come in at a certain time once I got there at that time I was told that they. We’re busy and would have to see if they can fit me in once they did fit me in apparently the way, the cashier gentleman and the gentleman that was gonna work on my vehicle were acting suspicious. it was not very warm and welcoming, The car that I was getting service had been serviced by The same company, but in San Jose. They started quoting me all these really expensive things that needed to be done on the vehicle that I have never heard of before. It was really strange, and then when I came to pick up the vehicle after telling them to do only the minimum of what I told them to do from the very beginning, they were whispering and looking at each other. Strangely, I did not feel comfortable when I left there.
