He told me I need my rear differential done and when I questioned him, his response was “rear diff” as if that was any help at all. After leaving, I realized that my car is front wheel drive and that’s why I had never heard of that service before. On top of that, when it was time to check out he asked me if I had any coupons and I asked if they offered a military discount, to which he replied no. After leaving the shop and telling my husband, he insisted they do offer a military discount and I looked online and it appears they do. I tried to call into the shop but was unable to reach anyone. On a $400 transaction, a 15% discount would have been helpful. I understand if someone is still in training but he needs to ask for help if he is unsure of something.

I took my car to Jiffy Lube because the place I usually take my car to is closed on Saturdays. I took my car in that following Monday and they said that my brakes are fine and my battery is to the full power. This was a young guy trying to rip me off. Unbelievable.

As long as I've been taking my car to different Jiffy Lube locations this was the 1st time my windows were cleaned and car was vacuumed. It was refreshing to see such young men providing excellent customer service. Whoever is running this shop needs to give other shops pointers on providing excellent customer service. Thank you and I'll be back to seal beach shop.
