  We had an excellent experience with Sixt. Lucio was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from the beginning. He upgraded our car and gave us great recommendations and useful tips for our trip through Italy and Slovenia, which we really appreciated. We rented the car for around 15 days, and the entire process was smooth, easy, and hassle-free. The vehicle was perfect, and the customer service was outstanding. Thank you, Lucio, for making our trip even better. Highly recommended!

  Customer service is horrible. The branch manager is pushy, short tempered and very arrogant. She needs a few courses on customer relations. The cars are subpar. Dirty. I will not use this location again.

  Hubby and I had a great experience with Sixt Rent a Car at 100 Pacific Ave, Long Beach, CA. As soon as we walked in, Lifaite greeted us with so much respect and got us checked in quickly. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made the whole process stress free Maria then helped us with the car and made sure we clearly understood everything about the return process. She was very thorough and easy to talk to. When we returned the car a day earlier than expected, I had another great experience. Their LGB office had already closed at 4pm and the doors were locked, but Tony saw me and kindly opened the door to assist me. Both Tony and Maria were very helpful and accepted my early return, which saved me a lot of time and effort since I didn’t have a ride on my original return day. Because of their excellent customer service, I’ll definitely continue doing business with them and will be recommending them to family and friends

  The service from Lifaite was great and fast. I would definitely recommend renting from SIXT. I had my concerns from previous reviews that I had read. But I’m glad that wasn’t the case with us.

  Associate Lifaite had exceptional Customer Service Skills, any questions I had he was able to answer them, I was in and out quickly even with same day reservation. Very Happy with this experience, the work force need more employees like him. That young Man needs a raise
