  Went in without an appointment for flat tire and Jose was was very helpful and had my tire fixed in a timely manner and better than expected. I hope to return when time for scheduled maintenance.

  I’m torn on this review. Friendly customer service. But, they charged $130 for full synthetic oil change?? I even had a $25 off coupon that had been mailed to me, and was told that it wasn’t valid (it didn’t expire until next month), that it was just a reminder card that I was due for an oil change. Not only did that not sound right, but I thought it was too much $. Unfortunately, I needed my tires rotated, too, so I chose to just get it done. They told me it would be a couple hours, so I went home to wait. 5 hours later, I called asking if my car was done and was told that they were waiting for some new lug nuts to arrive, as I needed some of mine replaced. I think they should have called to let me know. They didn’t charge me for the lug nuts (not sure if they over-tightened them or not), so that’s something to consider. Again, they were pleasant in their communication, but I went away with too many questions and a sense of things not adding up quite right. I wish I could have written a better review.

  Dan and his team at MountainView Tire are absolutely wonderful. I've been a customer for about 15years. New tires, alignment, balance, brakes, even fluid changes. I will always bring my truck to Dan and his team for any service they are able to provide.

  Drove in for a simple oil change, ended up having to get my vehicle towed out because after the mechanic did the oil change and started the car the timing cover blew from to much pressure. The gentleman at the front desk and mechanic both said it was a “coincidence” that it blew but I have been driving the car for months with no problems. They ruined my car. I have reached out the customer service to start a case to have Mountain View fix the problem they created.

  I arrived at 8:30 AM and left at 2:30PM for a 40K mile service on my Lexus ct200h. There were only 2 techs working so I understand the delay. Dan, the manager was quite professional and cordial and I will certainly return to purchase tires in future. That said, I won't likely return for other service without pricing it out. While the labor and charging for other parts were reasonable, I was charged $438 for pads. The retail cost for OEM pads from the dealer would be in the $200 range. I don't mind anyone making a profit but that is excessive. They are great on tires, but for service work I advise doing some comparison pricing first.
