I was stuck in the parking structure for several hours on the 7th floor due to inadequate traffic control, which prevented me from accessing the event I came to attend. Despite my timely arrival, I was unable to enjoy the event or exit the parking structure. I request a full refund for the parking charge, as the service provided did not meet expectations. The lack of traffic management caused significant inconvenience and wasted my time.
