  The process of renting and returning the car was very easy. Everyone was great that I spoke with. I had the rental due to my car being in the shop after a collision. When my car was ready, I was able to leave the car at the repair shop and Enterprise picked it up from there. A great experience.

  Hey guys it’s Ms.smith lol. This place they were so kind and helpful. I even had a problem car got towed by my apartment manager they were still so kind to me. I really appreciate them so much. I would def recommend them.

  Felicia is amazing! She was resourceful, kind, and incredibly competent in guiding me through the entire rental process. Everything was clear, efficient, and easy thanks to her help. It is rare to encounter someone who is both so capable and so genuinely helpful with customers. She made the experience seamless from start to finish. Five stars.

  I first rented a car from Enterprise over 30 years ago. Back then I had such an awful experience, that I never rented from them again. Until now. I'm glad I tried them again. I had such a great experience this time around that I now plan on renting from Enterprise going forward. I hope other locations are as well run and friendly as this one on Anaheim street in Long Beach.
