This is the first time I've ever reviewed a car rental business. They have an employee, Nicholas, who went above and beyond to provide a 5 star experience for me and my family. Thanks Nicholas!

STEAR CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! If you have to choose between renting a car here or walking everywhere you need to go, you’ll be better off walking. These crooks charged my husband $142 for a “refuel charge”, despite him returning his truck with a full tank. The agent he returned it to said, “I’ll take care of it.” That was on Thursday (2/19). He didn’t give my husband a receipt on site because he needed to “fix it” and would email it later that day. They finally sent a receipt on Sunday (2/22…..remember, he was promised it by end of day on 2/19) and of course, the fraudulent charge is still there. My husband submits those receipts for reimbursement from his company. He is unable to submit the receipt for his $2300 rental charges to get reimbursed because of the fraudulent charge. He has to submit the receipt for the gas he actually purchased. When he hadn’t received it by the next day, he attempted to call. If you call the number that is on Google, it rings, a recording tells you that “someone will be right with you”, then keeps you on the phone for several minutes before telling you that they “can’t take your call right now, call back later.” Then you call customer service and they are equally as unhelpful. My husband has spoken to SIX different representatives, including the “escalation department” (insert heavy eye roll here), and not a single one has been able to help. My husband has offered to send a copy of the fuel receipt from the day of the rental return, but has been told that “only the branch can make the correction” because they “don’t have the authorization to assist” with receipt changes. Fine. They can just call and get you connected with the branch directly, right? Nope. They “have no way to call the locations directly.” They are only able to send an email (Insert incredibly annoyed eye roll here). Each time the representatives “send an email”, they assure my husband that the email has been sent to the manager and that they will “respond quickly”. Today is 2/25 and my husband has still not been contacted by the branch. My husband finally said enough is enough and left a negative review. Wouldn’t you know it, someone replied to the review IMMEDIATELY. They said they “want to look into it”, so they gave a generic “contact us” email. *Spoiler alert* No reply to the email. They reply so that people who read these reviews see that yes, they make mistakes, but they are diligent and on top of helping to fix the issues. THIS IS DECEPTION! DO NOT BE DECEIVED! If you have experienced something similar, I would STRONGLY suggest contacting the BBB. This is fraud and should be reported and investigated. I cannot imagine this is an uncommon occurrence. My husband travels all over the country for work and has spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with Enterprise because he keeps the vehicles for the several weeks he is in whatever town for work. If this is the lack of regard they have for loyal customers, don’t expect them to have any higher standards for the one off rental customers. You are better off going with Avis or Hertz.
