  I am beyond disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of respect for customers’ time at this location. I made a specific appointment with Garrett to sell my truck after receiving an online quote. I was very clear about my intentions, yet the moment I arrived, the "games" started. Garrett acted like he had no idea I was there just to sell the vehicle, trying to pivot the conversation as if I were trading it in. He then sat me down to wait for a manager. When the manager finally approached, she played the same "clueless" card. Despite having a scheduled appointment, she told me she was too busy with other appointments to help me and that I should come back the next day. She claimed it would be "hours" before she could get to me. A few major issues here: What is the point of an appointment? If you can’t honor a time slot, don’t offer it. Commission Bias: It felt very obvious that because they weren't making a sale off me, I was treated as a zero-priority. Lack of Empathy: I took time off work and drove out specifically for this. To be told "come back tomorrow" after doing everything right on my end is insulting. If you value your time, stay away from this location. They clearly need to work on their time management and professional integrity. A complete waste of time.

I never felt pressured, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase.
