I noticed when the power steering started failing, and found that all the battery’s brackets, fasteners, and insulator had disappeared. The battery was left under the hood to just bounce around. When I went back to ask them to correct the issue or give me a refund, they refused and told me that I could pay them for new parts. Don’t trust this business!
