    Went in for a tire replacement. The service was fast and got the job done, but after I took a closer look later in the day I noticed a bunch of scratches on my rim. I'm not 100% sure they did it BUT I don't recall seeing any of those prior to taking the tire in. So my guess is they were careless when handling my tire. I should have taken a before picture.

    Hi, I had trouble with a tire that was very low this morning. Stopped at Arco. The gauge didn't work so it only took air from my tire which made it really bad. They went from 28 to 18 psi and made another stop at Meineke here in Lakewood not far from here...that guy was only spoke three words of English "wait in line wait in line" . I found you guys and Ray came right out and helped me tremendously by putting air in the tire and he also looked to see if there was any default on the tire. I was so thankful and I am very thankful that I can now get back on the road cause I drive for Lyft an Uber since I retired. Shout out to Ray! He's an excellent employee. I can tell by his attitude and how he helped me.

    Needed tires. I went in at 4, they guaranteed it would be done by 6. They called and said I needed brakes, which I knew I did. They again said it would be done by the time they closed, at 6. The work was completed by 5:45. Customer service was great! Would recommend.

    Negligent and unsafe service. Got a battery replacement here and they failed to secure my battery to the car. I noticed when the power steering started failing, and found that all the battery’s brackets, fasteners, and insulator had disappeared. The battery was left under the hood to just bounce around. When I went back to ask them to correct the issue or give me a refund, they refused and told me that I could pay them for new parts. Don’t trust this business!
