Depending on the time it could take a bit to get your car but the customer service here is spot on. Shout out Jose for your excellent customer service.

One customer went to the counter and the guy there was busy on his phone and did not acknowledge him at all. Deplorable customer service at this National location. Our car was not ready as it had just been returned and we had to wait quite a while for it to be ready. This was time that was wasted from our vacation in San Diego. I will not recommend this company for the lack of customer support and attention. The car we got had a screen that was extremely dark and thus it was useless as a navigation tool.
