  Mechanic showed up and pulled genius move of tapping my starter with wrench extensions and got my car started. Saved me a tow to the mechanic!

  I had a really good experience at this mechanic shop. What I like about this place is Making an appointment and they see to it that your car is promptly taken in. It is important to note, they may be a bit busy, yet they do their best to ensure customer service.

  This was a mystery shop for a corporate review. I was deeply disappointed in this experience and would not recommend this shop for tire installation. Lost appointments, poor customer service (from a manager!), and shady sales practices each cost them a star. I had an early morning appointment for a prepaid installation, and I was treated as a walk-in. The manager's comments after hearing it was prepaid ("Oh we're not making any money?, let me help her) were rude and then he promptly shuffled me aside for another customer who arrived after me. Lastly, attempting to charge me for installation was absolutely questionable. Even if it's accidental, it's abysmal customer, many would argue it was an outright attempt to overcharge me. Some suggestions; get on a new system. If you cannot process a sale you have a huge problem. It shouldn't take a half hour to check me in. Two, watch the comments. Three, check the service invoices for payments, work, ect. If your taking any prepaid business this should be standard.
