I ended up having to take my car to a mechanic and was told they put the wrong oil into my transmission and now I need a new one which would cost me 5,500-6,500!! They clearly don't know what the hell they're doing. I would avoid this place at all cost. They will destroy your car!!!! Someone better help me with a solution at that establishment!

I went to this Jiffy Lube and asked them to loosen it because they did the last oil change. They told me no. They said they would have to do a full service and that there was no way that they overtightened the drain plug because they torque it to spec. That was a BS lie because I had to go buy a breaker bar in order to get the drain plug out. Maybe they do that so you HAVE to take it to them for your next oil change. Bad business practice.
