I am so upset and disappointed in the team. I am going to contact the same location to see how they can make this right. When I came back, a car that arrived after me was being taken care of prior to mine. When I asked the employee how long they would take to finish my wife’s vehicle, the employee shrugged and walked off. I should have realized they were understaffed and asked how long the wait would be. But to see a car that arrived after me get served before mine was frustrating and the employees indifference was frustrating. Have been here numerous times and always had great service, I’m sure they maybe had call offs from employees, but a notice of the wait time would be appreciated
