- KRKari Rogers6 days ago2.0I went several hours at the Long Beach blvd facility to get an oil change in September. In November, my car started showing an oil pressure warning-daily. Took it in and they said it was overfilled. Several other customers were there with the same issue. The employees are nice. Facility is filthy and I’ve lost confidence in their ability to successfully provide services and the warning is still occurring. I also paid to have the coolant topped off and had similar issues with coolant warning. Had them flush the system and redo. About $500 later, jiffy lube is lost my business.

Est went from $254 spark plugs and a spark plug connector. To the following day with the car in my possession he added a gasket and engine coil $879.00 then said, my car would be ready in 15 minutes. They were allowing it to run. Now the car isn’t running at all. I said, the car was running when i bought it here, so you want me to give you another $400.00 to add a starter. Long story short i refused to leave without my car and pay a additional $400. I was there until almost 9pm only agreeing to pay for a starter if my car was running after installation. Paid for part only. Needless to say over 1,000. Spent and he knew the car needed a starter when the CODE came up
