The certificate was printed with the wrong birthdate, off by one day. The first person from customer service tried to help and fixed the date in the system, but didn’t know that a new certificate needed to be sent. My dad was working on this. The secondj guy wouldn’t talk to him or give any info he could talk to me or needed my permission to talk to him, I wasn’t with him and couldn’t talk at the time. What was frustrating for my dad was that the other guy had just spoken to him. We finally got the new certificate after my dad spoke to the lady that signed us up.
