- GCGarray ChanSep 29, 20254.0You guys are terrible, the calibration/intallation shops that you contract with are unproffesional, no help. Once they take your money they can care less. I installed my device 9-19-2025, I still have not received my DL 920 to date. And you guys want to charge me for it, to resend, on top of that you keep sending it to the wrong place. [Update] I spoke with a Intoxalock supervisor named Patricia. She was so nice, and sent my form to the right place. And waived all related charges. 4 stars for following up and making things right.
