  I went to an EVgo station, plugged my vehicle in, it showed me that my car was being charged and I am sharing electricity with another customer. I left, came back 1 hour later, finding out my vehicle was not charged. I checked and saw even though my vehicle didn't charge, the money was taken out. It had charged the person's session onto my account. Called customer service, after 48 hours and going back and forth the incompetent employee emails back: upon checking we see that your vehicle was not charged, unfortunately its a valid transaction we cant issue a refund. She's literally telling me even though you did not get the service, we won't give you, your money back. I called their supervisor and then the same Vanessa emails back again, repeating the same stupid thing and offers a $15 credit. I don't want credit nor will I ever use EVgo. $32 will not make me wealthy or poor, it's the experience.

  Great charging location! Next to plenty of food options, and the grocery store has nice clean bathrooms.
