  Even though you call this location and make a reservation they don't tell you that you have to pick up the car from a different location so if you get dropped off here you are stranded

  visiting from out of state, my vehicle was involved in hit and run, Enterprise was very helpful getting me into a rent for remainder if my stay.Tganks again

  I had a bad experience at first and lord knows its been a streasfull couple of weeks but your staff has been extremely helpful and amazing!! You better treat those great people right and potentially a raise because they're so awesome! Honestly only giving them a one star because I'm genuinely appalled. Rented my first car here on Tuesday 11/18. When I first got the car it reeked of bleach. I thought it was weird but assumed the smell would go away eventually. The smell did indeed get less strong but as the bleach smell faded what was trying to be covered up began to smell again. Turns out the front seat may have been previously peed on because it smelled of urine. I got a little closer to smell and confirm it was indeed urine. My sweater also had a faint smell so I had to wash that as well. For a whole week I was driving while sitting on a peed seat. I'm genuinely disgusted
