I was very satisfied with the service provided. I was picked up from the auto shop. The staff were very patient, courteous and professional. I was provided with a beautiful sedan. Enterprise made my experience very convenient and easy to navigate. Thank you for your great customer service!

Zipeng Chen is a horrible general manager. He is rude and lacks decent customer service. I am a student at UC Berkeley and have been renting from this branch for the past two years to travel home and come back for the semester. He claimed that I was responsible for the misalignment of the quarter rear panel. When I tried to show him the video of the inspection he didn't bother to look through the whole video and got defensive claiming that the other side had a similar issue. He started to raise his voice and was constantly cutting me off and when I told him to calm down he slammed the car keys on the trunk screaming for me "to leave his branch".
**Keep in mind I just came back for the 2026 Spring semester. Classes start today and this was totally uncalled for ***
When I came in today he recognized me and made the comment, "long time no see" I replied, "I'm back for the semester."
He slammed the keys and refused to take the car. I urged him to finalize the return and he threatened to call 911. Which he proceeded to do so.
I got on the phone with corporate to find a way to deescalate the situation and find a solution and what Zipeng Cheng the manger got on the phone and started making calls outside the office....
If you have nothing to hide Zipeng Chen and want to be transparent....why go hide behind the cars and say things that I can't hear or when corporate investigates this matter can't be able to hear what you said to other coworkers about the matter?.... You just want others to be alined with your story/narrative.
Zipeng Cheng does NOT deserve to work in customer service. He is a bad leader to the rest of the workers on site and I'm sure I'm not the only customer he has treated bad and unprofessionally.
Solution: I got on the phone with corporate and was explaining the whole situation in side the branch so there could be transparency and the other workers and see what is really going on... Zipeng Chen then told his coworker to finalize the check in process for me.
For context: a couple months ago I came to this location for a rental during Thanksgiving break. This was my first time dealing with this individual (Zipeng Chen). Other reps and managers at this location have been great. And during my first time interaction he ALSO gave me a hard time. I had a reservation and he was making an issue about my credit card I was trying to use and that my address on my ID wasn't within 50 miles and he couldn't release the rental. I have never had these issues in the past. Anyways I wasn't able to rent out the car under my name....
***Important note*** : I have been a customer of Enterprise Rent-A-Car for over 5 years and I have been too MANY BRANCHES. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This whole situation was totally uncalled for. This guy is a ticking bomb and a liability for the company.
***A+++ for the trainee on site. He was the only one that was willing and professional to try and assist to deescalate the situation. I explained to him what was going on and I know he couldn't do much considering his role/position. **** But I wouldn't doubt that Zipeng Cheng treats his coworkers and trainees with a hostile demeanor the same way he treats his customers.***

I had an issue with them, because they added some extra charges that should not be there. I filled in the gas tank to the exactnumber they had when i rented a car. , and they charged me for 2 extra gallons explaining to me that the sensors are showing shortage of gas.. Really?
Next time I will take a photo of the gas number on the dashboard. Be aware

Have been here several times. The stuffs and the manger are friendly but due to operating capacity it is slow for getting and returning the rental… expected to spend ~30 minutes minimum… So definitely don’t plan on getting the car rental here if you do have other business to attend to.

From the parking lot I was greeted with a welcoming team member and supported the entire way through my reservation. The team at the 3300 Artesia is a vibrant, welcoming group that made me feel supported end to end. Thank you Arkece J, Adam C, Bryce C, and Mark. Truly a 5 star experience!
