    Horrible experience with the parts manager Jonathan Gomez. I had a great experience with an associate before with a battery purchase, installation included, it was already dark out when they helped me out. I send my sister out on my recommendation to the store and the standard of service was not the same. Not only was Jonathan rude to my sister, he did not want to replace the battery because it was dark out. So when I went to confront him I was shocked at how unprofessional Jonathan was toward me when I pointed out the time of purchase happen at the same time of day, saying "So do you want a refund, or am I bring heald hostage?" He was rude, arrogant, and cowardly as he never once looked me in the eye when called out in his lack of integrity. He couldn't care less about this business, doesn't uphold standards his employees uphold better than he did, and doesn't treat customers with any sense of respect. This store will maintain a reputation of inconsistent standards on how they treat customers and the services the stores promote so long as Jonathan Gomez is a manager.

    I unfortunately had a really bad experience at this autozone. I came in at 6:30pm as my battery was dead. Jonathon Gomez assisted me and I bought a battery with him, however he refused to install it because it was "too dark." In general he was extremely rude unprompted. I came back to return it with my brother who got his battery installed at the same autozone at 6pm 2 weeks ago. My brother spoke to jonathon and couldn't understand why the battery was sold to me and not installed as it was for him previously. Jonathon replied "so am i being held hostage or do you want me to return it." Did not even offer an explanation or apologies. Im not sure if he had an off day, but i just dont understand why a "parts manager' like jonathon could be so rude and nasty. I also am not sure why this autozone doesnt have a standard set throughout. If my brother could get serviced 2 weeks ago at 6pm "in the dark", why couldn't I? I was very disappointed and hope other women and people in general have better experiences at this autozone moving forward. Avoid Jonathon Gomez the guy with long hair maybe?

    I went into this Autozone to get my headlights replaced and Michael M. was the one to assist me. He was very kind and thoughtfully answered all my car questions! One of my lights needed to be put in with a special piece and even tho it was a little difficult to get in there, Michael figured it out and installed my new lights for me. I definitely had a wonderful customer service experience with Michael 10/10.
