- LALos AngelesDec 23, 20251.0At the AutoZone at 240 Anaheim St there service is slow and mediocre, there have me waiting 30 minutes plus at the c counter all the time just to find an order you place a week in ahead and when I placed an order and payed for it already then they said warehouse doesn't see my order never ship complete waste of time so if you decide to go there just call them beware that they waste you time just poor service in general

The day I stopped by they had just run out of what I needed, but the girl was very sweet and called up another nearby location a mile up the street, and they had it, so she still found me what I was looking for! Very helpful staff, and look how clean and well packed it is, smart design too, fits a lot of essentials, for being a smaller location! Very conveniently right off Anaheim Ave, on corner with Pacific. Loved that they immediately found me exact location to still find my fan belt dressing, seems like that’s going fast in this part of town 🙌😹

He helped me find a replacement, installed it and had me on my way in 20 minutes. I appreciate his professionalism and kind, friendly service.
