  Excellent customer service all around The customer service team is extremely pleasant, efficient and well-versed in all matters of your vehicle. Never have tried to upsell anything to me and that speaks volumes.

  I came here for a smog inspection. I called prior and the guy was really pleasant and said no appointment was needed. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and filled out the necessary paperwork. I was told the wait would be 45 min to 1 hour but they were done in about 30 minutes. They do a wide range of services there so I will definitely be returning. Thank you!!

  Adam and his staff are outstanding! So appreciative of their professionalism, courtesy and thorough service. We were given our quote upon bringing the car in and we were contacted regarding a recommendation which we gave our approval. There were a couple of things we thought might need to be dealt with, but we were assured that those things did not need to be done at this time. I appreciated the honesty and follow ups we received during the day. I would highly recommend this business!

  I’ve only had good experiences here until this time. TLDR the work done is what I asked for and seems to be quality. This review is about the condition of my car when I got it back. I went here to get my rear brakes replaced. When I got the card back I noticed my wheel lock was in my cup holder. It’s normally stored with the spare tire in the trunk. I went to put it back and everything I had in my trunk was clearly just thrown back in. I have a beach chair with a bunch of beach stuff stored in the pocket of the back chair. All the items were strewn around my trunk. So when I got my car back I basically had to put everything back where it was. Not a huge deal that’s why I didn’t say anything. However, I left ACA to go to store and when I came back out I noticed a dent in my hood along with some dark scuff marks. It looks like a tool/air gun was “placed” (dropped) on my hood. Such a bummer. So not only did I have to put my car stuff back together now I have a new dent. Again, I’ve only had good experiences here until this point. The work done seems to be done right. It was maybe just a tired employee that was ready to be done for the day 😞

  ACA in my opinion are not completely honest with the work to be done. They will tell you what they think is the problem and tell you they can start there with the unnecessary work, which was over priced at over 5000. Also, They never put this suggested work down in the report. Makes you wonder about their honesty and integrity. 🤔 So I paid the 190 for partial diagnosis and towed my vehicle somewhere else for a second opinion. The other repair shop had my engine work quote at 1700 in total. .. If you want to save money, Please, get a second quote!
