- ZZZehina2 days ago1.0Manager was rude was not trying to help my husband and I we asked him if he could help tell us or if he knows what part number for the fuse we need he tells us ohhh I can’t help you with that I don’t know how to do that that’s electrical I don’t know how to help you.. my husband told him that’s fine we just wanted to know what the code is or the correct fuse number can you look it up for us he tells us “ohhh I can look it up on google for you if you trust that”how are you the manager and you don’t know anything about cars you can’t even help us then be smart mouth and say yea if you trust that! I mean why do you think we came into auto zone we didn’t ask for him to take the whole car apart and fix the electrical all we asked for was the correct fuse they literally sell a bunch of fuses inside the store!!! He didn’t even help direct us to the fuses we found em ourself he didn’t greet us when we came to the front How can you not help! So frustrating he was rude!!

He first told me no, then changed his mind and said he can google it! I told him nevermind and walked out… He was so angry and said he doesn’t work on electrical systems But this is autozone and people come here for specific parts-that’s all I wanted He made it seem like he had to work on my car
