- CJCarlos A Jarillo1 day ago1.0Placed a mobil order in the morning, later that afternoon I called to see if my order was ready for pick up and the lady said it was not. And after she said this she hung up, and got a call from another staff member that my order is ready. Why do this? Instead of checking for the name and telling me is ready?? I went to the store, and the same person that hung up on me was behind the counter and was guiving customers a attitude. I'm done with this store poor customers service, so I had to get my refund. Just go to the one in the traffic circle I have never had a problem with that Auto Zone.
