  The process was incredibly quick and an easy process, I did have a few questions but the young lady behind the counter was very friendly and quickly answered all my questions, after I picked up my car I was very satisfied the way the vehicle performed, Thank you Alamo & Staff.

  I had a very frustrating experience with Alamo Rent A Car. I made a reservation through their website expecting a smooth pickup, but upon arrival, I was abruptly told by a female employee—quite rudely—that there were no cars available. There was no prior notification, no attempt to contact me, and no effort to offer a solution or alternative. This completely disrupted my business trip and forced me to scramble last-minute to find another rental, wasting both time and money. Making a reservation should guarantee at least basic planning reliability. Instead, this experience showed a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customers’ schedules. I would not recommend relying on this location if your plans are time-sensitive.

  Rental was readily available and had to wait for a rental that should have been available. Returning the vehicle was a hassle as there was no drop off box and the office was locked and closed so had to wait until the office opened to turn in the key.
