  I was looking for a car for the perfect fit for my drive from the West Coast to the East Coast. I had called three different locations and ended up getting Jose at the counter. This gentleman helped me get into a vehicle that was the right price and right size! There aren’t too many individuals who work in customer service that know how to actually be dedicated in providing above and beyond customer satisfaction. Thank you Jose!

  Recently had some auto body work done, and my insurance company sent me to Enterprise. Picking up a car was quick and easy. The car itself was a dream! My newer mid-size sedan was super clean, easy to drive, and had great acceleration when getting on the freeway.

  The irony their hold music is wild. I'm trying to call the local location to ask a specific question. I've had to call four times and each time I'm on hold waiting for someone to answer. After 12 minutes their phone system just hangs up on me. Meanwhile I'm listening to "Our Standard of Care" and "Promise to put you first". 🙄🙄🙄 This is a major customer service failure. At the very least answer the damn phone and set an expection rather than just leave the caller on hold for nearly an hour. This is customer service 101 that's not happening at this location.

  the customer service was professional and courteous. The staff was friendly, explained the rental process clearly, and made pickup and drop-off fairly straightforward. The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, and met my expectations for reliability.
