They had this cool call out/ chant to each other to while they were completely the oil changes it was a really cool experience. That was my first visit and I will definitely be back. The smiles and positive vibes they all had were so nice to encounter especially during the stressful last minute Christmas shopping I was completing it really did set the mood for the rest of day. Thank you Valvoline Oil Change Lodi. See you next time. You guys definitely earned my returning business.

- JCJeff CarrNov 14, 20251.0I've been a regular with Valvoline for both my cars for some time. In the past service was very good, which is why I kept coming back. This visit was not good. We arrived, it was busier than usual with most bays full. We were pulled into a bay and checked in, then ignored for the next 15 minutes. 2 cars pulled in well after us immediately started getting service. I finally opened my car door and asked for someone to start helping us, at which point one technician looked directly at us and stated he was going on break. Another person did start helping us. We received a very rushed service, they didn't do several things, but the oil change was completed. They were unable to reset the service indicator message on my Mercedes Benz, so I did this myself later at home. When they checked me in I could see the timer on the upper right of the checkin screen, when we finally left is said 44 minutes. This is an oil change with no other services. The assistant mgr did give us a small discount, which I appreciate, but overall is was not a good experience, I likely won't be back.
