I love being able to use the drying cloths and I don't have to wash them myself!! Quick Quack does that for us!! The staff is friendly and helpful!! Especially Eli!! I told them I wanted to see how well the wash was first. After the car was washed there were no spaces to get my car vacuumed. I noticed the passenger side window was not cleaned very well. Also, I thought the tires could have been cleaner. The place did about an average job, it could have been better. I am glad I did not sign up for anything.

On this day lower Sacramento Road was lined with Quick Quack employees holding signs for a free car wash. I pulled in reluctantly but needing the free wash so pulled in anyway. Ending up being pushed to sign up for this great deal they had for only $9.99 ( regularly $25.99) after 30 days for the $9.99 deal it would go up to the regular amount of $25.99. I thought this was a pretty good deal so signed up. I went through the wash , it seemed to wash my car clean, went through, came out and no where to park in a vacuum area stall, very tight limited parking. My car was still soaking wet, ended up drying it off in raleys parking lot. After all that Monday the 9th rolled around and my bank account showed me they charged me the full amount of $25.99. Now this is why I was reluctant to begin with. I went in Monday afternoon at 1pm and spoke to a really nice employee, she took all my info, I canceled my membership and she said the manager was off and would be back tomorrow and they would call me... Today is the 13th and I haven't heard from anyone.
