  My boy Patrick in the service dept took care of me with an emergency my skid plate fell off on the freeway from Tracy and he had them take it off free of charge. I would make the drive from Tracy to come here again and give this location my money! Amazing service

  Big shoutout to Mel of Lodi Honda and the Team Thanks much for all the help! I had a great and amazing experience working with Mel Lodi Honda. I really appreciate how Mel helped us Mel even picked up our car in Roseville CA because we want a sonic gray color. At first we just want a like entry level but Mel gave us 2026 Honda Pilot Touring 4WD!!!! Mel make everything possible from the financial side as well i am inlove and happy with how much i have to pay for my monthly Mel really helped me considering i went to their store late last night Mel, drove 90miles to get the car. everything went perfectly. Very nice place, very clean, staff are amazing and very polite and attentive, especially Mel’s smooth transaction They were patient and went out of their way to help me understand my options. They went above and beyond to ensure we’re completely satisfied with our purchase. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend them to you if you’re planning to buy yourself a car. I would definitely comeback there for my car purchase!

  After dropping off my vehicle the service advisor (Gabriel Ortiz) called me with the diagnosis and said the TOTAL cost of the repair would be $480, including parts. When I picked up the car the total cost was $665. He explained to me that there was additional charge for diagnosis. I expressed my dissatisfaction with him and explained to him when he says TOTAL to someone on the phone then that should be the total. He left to call his manager and returned to tell me that the manager cant do anything about it. I highly doubt that he told the manager the real story. Even though I was lied to when he called me with the diagnosis and price. I had no choice but to pay the fee to get my car back. I feel this is a very deceptive way of doing business.
