I needed to return a faulty item I purchased and they refused even with the original receipt, item, and packaging and their own store return policy stating that they would refund faulty items. The main issue with this interaction was the lack of professionalism by the staff. She talked over me, interrupted my conversation with the other staff there and was overall combative. I miss the days when people were friendly and generally attempted to provide decent customer service. I guess those days are over . Word of caution don’t purchase anything other than food or gas items from this store. I’m now stuck with an expensive item that doesn’t work.

Here it is, I'm waiting in line to get a shower, the lady at Cinnabon barely audible waves me over. Before I go, I ask can you book a shower, instead of using her words she shrugs. What the hell is that I think? I go over and ask for a shower, she registers it, hands me the receipt. I ask is there a wait? I get in response do you hear them call it? Again huh? I ask where are the showers, again she shrugs. Less attitude and more helpful words would be nice. Later on I was trying to buy something at self checkout, I wanted to use the money I transfered to my account. The manager was dispatched, he took too long so I used debit. I'm about to leave, he ask if he can help, I ignore it, because I'm already irritated enough. He then says have a nice day, not a good day. Instead nice day, usually used by punks to push your buttons. I turn around and ask if we have a problem? The answer was no. So I left. Still wondering why, they have an option to put money on your account but never have the oportunity or ability to use it? There are a couple decent people who work here but very few and far between.
