  During a recent trip through Livermore, I experienced a rapid tire pressure loss — the pressure had dropped below 10 PSI and was continuing to fall. I reached out to several nearby tire service centers for assistance, but each one declined to help without even assessing the situation. I then contacted Tire Choice. Despite being fully booked for the day, the team took one look at my circumstances and went above and beyond to accommodate me. They repaired my tire promptly and effectively, allowing me to safely continue my journey. I am sincerely grateful for their willingness to help when others would not. The repair was done with great care, and their exceptional customer service truly made a difference when I needed it most.

  I had a great experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers in Livermore (1485 First St). I came in for a flat tire issue, and the team was super helpful, professional, and quick to take care of it. They explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and got me back on the road fast. It’s hard to find auto shops that are both honest and efficient, but this place really delivered. I truly appreciated the great customer service and smooth experience. Highly recommend if you need tire service or auto help in the Livermore area.

  I went to them now. I had a tire with a nail in it, and I work with Amazon Felix. They fixed it and refused to take money. Thank you.

  We have been bringing our 2current cars here for years, and we used to bring our 2 previous cars here, plus my brother also brings his car here and I've brought my mom's car here. We've had a LOT of work done on our cars, including new tires, brakes, etc. over about 15 years and they are always so reasonable, honest, kind, and I never feel like they are stringing me along to make me buy crap I don't need. Cut to today when I just needed to get one of my yellow running lights replaced. They warned me I had a couple folks in front of me, but I had time so I waited...for about 2 hours. Which really, it was fine and I didn't complain cuz he had level set my expectations on waiting. I just watched their TV in the waiting area. Once done, they said it was "on the house." I didn't need to pay anything?!?!?! So, while I can't guarantee they will do that for others, they saw I've been a loyal customer and they clearly continue to get my business due to their great customer service. What they don't know is, I'm unemployed right now, looking for a full time job and money is really tight. So this was such a blessing coming at a time when I needed it most. Thank you Tire Choice, you'll continue to be our choice for years to come.
