  The professionalism of the quality of the work that Gerber does is top notch they keep you informed they let you know about the timeline and everything. The one drawback that I had was I had changed in my center console the tray it was loaded with change $300 was there when I dropped off my truck and when I picked it up the money was gone the manager has not gotten back in touch with me we talked to the service guy is a seen it when I went to Sacramento but when it came back the money was gone to this day the manager has not talked to me like he's blowing me off like I'm just supposed to say $300 lol. Beware of your money it will be gone and they will not talk to you

  My RAV4 had drips along side 2 of the panel edges. This was after they did a wall check and said it was ready. When I picked up the car a second time it had three dark smudge marks that came off with a solvent. Not to my surprise. The first time I picked up my RAV4 a customer in front of me also had smudge on the back hatch that had been repaired. The seal on for the hatch was also reinstall under the number lip. I was excited to work with Mike but he did not deliver a car that met my low expectation. There is a quality control issue with Gerber Lincoln. I am not recommending Gerber Collision and Glass in Lincoln. I recently had work done at Gerber in Roseville and the craftsmanship was amazing. When they finish it was obvious that they made sure the work would meet any customers satisfaction. Never again will I go to or refer a friend to GERBER COLLISION IN LINCOLN CA. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

  I had the best experience from a bad situation when getting my car fixed at Gerber collision and Glass in Lincoln. Their service was over and above and highly recommend.
