I was informed I could pay once a month,but I found out I can't. You are charged every two weeks, which means taxes are added as well. I requested not to have the $6 a month protection coverage, but it was still added. The extension to reach the representative whom I spoke with over the phone did not work when I tried contacting him regarding our conversation. I was able to email him,but he argued with me. Customer service goes to Representatives located in India. I'm going to stay positive!
