- BKBreannon KeelerNov 21, 20255.0My headlight went out in my Sequoia, so I called Autozone (which is right next to my house) and spoke with Rick. I let him know what I was driving and what I was looking for, he was very knowledgeable on the phone and I let him know I would be stopping by shortly. Upon arriving my baby was asleep in the backseat and I did not feel comfortable running in the grab what I needed or waking her up. I called autozone spoke with Rick again, asked if I could pay for the headlight over the phone, let him know why I couldn’t come in and that I was right outside. Next thing I knew Rick came out, took my headlight out for me, went back inside (handed him my card to pay for the light), came back out and then installed my light for me. Our autozone in town is very fortunate to have an amazing employee like Rick. My husband made sure I wrote a review because we were so happy with the level of service and kindness that I received. Thank you Rick!

Went back in the following day to buy a Noco jump Starter behind a sign that said $20 off all Noco products. Went to check out and was told that deal ran out yesterday and they were not going to honor it after they walked over to take the sign down. Two managers on duty
