  I had a 2:30 PM appointment to pick up a rental car and arrived early at 2:20 PM. Despite arriving ahead of time, I ended up waiting 40 minutes just to be acknowledged, and it was clear it would be at least another 30 minutes before I would actually get a car. Unfortunately, I had a 3:30 appointment I couldn’t miss, so I had to leave without the rental. Because of this delay, I ended up having to pay for an Uber to get to my appointment, which completely defeats the purpose of reserving a rental car in advance. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’m an Enterprise A-List Preferred member, so I expected at least a somewhat organized experience. Instead, the entire operation felt chaotic. The staff were running around like chickens with their heads cut off, and it didn’t seem like anyone knew what was going on or how to manage the line of customers waiting. Appointments clearly don’t mean anything at this location. If you’re on a schedule or actually need your car when you reserve it, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

  Amazing car rental company. Worked with Ariel over at the Lemon Grove branch. He was attentive, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m a small fish in the pond with my one day rentals, he made me feel like a big dawg in the world. Amazing company, and amazing workforce.

  The staff and car was top notch at the Lemon Grove location
