    Do not buy from Mossy Honda Lemon Grove. I bought a vehicle in August 2025, and it has been a nightmare ever since. First, they messed up my VIN, which caused a massive domino effect of issues. They are also dishonest regarding warranties. Despite my contract stating I had to cancel in person, the finance manager lied and told me they couldn’t do it. It took a corporate escalation for them to finally admit they could. Even then, I had to spend three weeks chasing them down just to get confirmation of the cancellation. Then came the DMV issues. They blamed the DMV for registration delays, but the truth was the dealership had me sign paperwork with the wrong VIN. Finally, in February, I discovered they had interfered with my auto loan by placing a "stop payment" on the warranty refund check without my consent. Under what authority can a dealership interfere with a third-party loan without consulting the client?! Save yourself the headache. All they offered for months of stress and legal-level paperwork errors was a set of floor mats. Stay far away.

    I’ve been buying cars from this dealership for the last 8 years and they’re always very helpful. Back in December I got a CRV for my wife and she loves it ! Thanks to CJ for making this deal happen and making the process happen fast and easy. I took my nephew a couple of weeks ago to buy his first car and once again CJ made it happen. I will definitely keep coming back to this location and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking for a good car and a good deal!

    I have met many car dealers all over San Diego but I never met like Tom Youngblood before. He takes his time to show different cars to choose and explain to customers like us almost everything. He is very honest to customers, nothing to hide. He is very entertaining and very knowledgeable to his job.He is funny too. I will never buy my future car to nobody except to him. I recommend him for advancement like manager.

    STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. Go to a different dealership if you don’t want your time and money wasted. traded a vehicle and bought one here over a year ago and had nothing but trouble with the title, smog check, anything and everything that could go wrong went wrong. Finished the horrific process and thought I was done, nope this dealership did not turn the bill of sale into my states DMV and now I’m being charged personal property tax for a vehicle I haven’t had for over a year since they didn’t do their job. I’ve called and called and nobody will help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

    Had an issue with my AC that was on an extended warranty. Bella was awesome when I called to bring my car in for repairs. Originally, I took my car to El Cajon. Kept my car for 3 days and wasn't able to repair it due to ALL the machines needing to do the repairs were out of service. I picked up my car without the repairs. Called Mission Valley several times with my call being dropped. Called Bella in Lemon Grove, she quickly made me an appointment and took my car in for service. I had my car back in 3 hours!!!! Bella was fantastic and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Don't go to El Cajon and go to lemon Grove Honda because they were the best, the most professional, and didn't give me any runaround at all. This was a super easy quick fix and I thank the entire team at Lemon Grove Honda
