- JFJustin Flanders4 days ago1.0I arrived at flying J's at 9:00 p.m. I went up to PJ fresh and there was no hot pizza or any hot food to purchase there was no sign posted up why they were closed also PJ fresh should stay open like the store does extremely bad customer service for manager should be in charge of putting signs up stating why PJ fresh and Wendy's is closed manager on duty tonight was Kim I was upset because I did not get my pizza I was just wanting to know for the inconvenience that I ran into tonight I hope this doesn't happen again

I appreciate his professionalism and suggest the AI be sent to a customer relations class before its allowed to interact with clients again.
- BBBalveer BrarFeb 23, 20261.0Manager here is so rude at night I bought $ 100 DEF didn’t let me use my points i had enough points didn’t give me options to use points so I paid with card when I asked for manger she said she’s manager I asked to return at least 2 boxes of platinum DEF she said it’s final sale can’t return or change with cheaper one so unfair why we saving points if they don’t let us use them I added photos of proof with points and purchases
